We want you to be completely satisfied with your glass coasters. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

This is how the return process works

Please send us your cancellation notice within the deadline by email to: info@ana-art.de

Please include your order number and the items in question. The glass coasters must then be returned to us within 14 days. Please pack the coasters carefully and securely, ideally in their original packaging. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.

refund

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment. Additional costs for express or special delivery are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective goods

Should a glass coaster arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@ana-art.de. If possible, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number. We will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible – for example, a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Shipping methods and costs

Standard delivery in Germany and the Netherlands:

Cost: €4.20 for up to 3 sets (free for orders over €100.00)

Delivery time: 5–7 working days

Shipping partner

We dispatch our parcels in a carbon-neutral manner via our partner DHL. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your parcel.
